Absolutely James! If you are happy with your setup no one can argue with you. If your own ear is satisfied then the matter rests. I am still programmed to believe it necessary to either have an on-board sound card or an external usb type in order to get acceptable sound; but this may no longer be the case, such is the progress with on-board sound chips, which, if my memory is correct, used to sound really awful. Are the days of the sound-card coming to an end? Ian.
