0 [Band-in-a-Box] Recording Input Devices

 

Hello to the group.

I have been lurking for some time and have the found the messages to be very informative and useful. Now that that is out of the way I have a question for the group.

I feel this relavant to this group as I use B in B to create my backing tracks for demos.

I would like some suggestions/recomendations re: what type of computer & devices to obtain to record directly into the computer. I have been using a digital 8 track hard drive recorder and transfering the files from  to a pc but I would much rather record directly into the computer itself.

Thanks in advance for the wisdom of the group.
