0 [primusic] The Crying Mother on Mother's Day

 

I brought out " The Crying Mother" today in Primary, making the kids squeel with delight, wanting to be next to get misted with the water bottle hidden behind her eye. Since we were a skeleton crew today, as half the branch was still up helping the tornado victims, all our work on : "Taught by their Mothers" for the past couple months immediately got scrapped for a the 1st verse of a Mother's Day song the youngest knows already, as there was only 1 child there who had practiced "Taught by their Mothers". If more kids show up next week, I will probably ask to sing it then, & think I'll have the Crying Mother pay another visit when more kids come, however, helping the tornado victims will go on for months every weekend.
