0 Re: [primusic] Praise to the man without visuals - actions

Crystal, thanks for sharing these movements. I used them today with the juniors with great success. They were totally engaged. So I sat there during Sharing Time trying to come up with some movements for the third verse. I only have a few but maybe someone else can chime in with more.

Great is his glory and endless his priesthood.
"endless" could be drawing a circle in the air or cupping your hands together with tips of fingers and inside of wrists touching to create a circle

Ever and ever the keys he will hold.
After watching the asl version of the song on lds.org, I saw that the interpreter did a circle in the air with one hand for the first "ever" and another with his other hand for the second "ever." The asl sign for key is doing a key motion with the index finger knuckle twisting against your other hand like unlocking a door. For "hold" I will have them cup one hand in front of them and cover it protectively with their other hand.

Faithful and true, he will enter his kingdom,
My pianist thought of this one: for "Faithful and true" place your hands together clasped or pressed together in prayer, then for "enter" keep hands pressed together but turn your wrist so the fingers are pointed forward and move arms forward.

Crowned in the midst of the prophets of old.
For "crowned" pantomime placing a crown on your head.
