Ok yes I was doing that, but it changes all the parts/tracks to the new key.
I only want it to change the one part/track for an Eb or Bb sax. I also
tried Dave's fix of using F5 from the notation screen but it too changes all
parts.

I did find this; when the notation screen is up, click on the # icon. This
opens up what looks to me to be a "raw" MIDI editor. From there I can change
a note and it only changes it on that part. The problem is that you must
change on note at a time. Guys I don't think I am going to be alive that
long!

Is there a command I am missing in BIAB to do a mass edit like this?

Would it be best to make this edit outside of BIAB (export->edit->then
import??) ? If so what program?

I am going to try to import it into Pro Tools 8 later and see what I can do
with no MIDI knowledge.
