I also encounter the same problem always when I try to download Guy's uploaded files but I do figured out the solution.

1. Look for the uploaded file: eg. name-of-file.pdf or name-of-file.rar
2. Download the file.

3. When downloaded, rename the file.

Now this is the thing:

The file won't open for me (or for you too) because the file extension is not specified. Take note that you have downloaded a file named name-of-file not name-of-file.pdf or name-of-file.rar. So just rename the file according to the name of the file as named in the mail.

For example. You have downloaded maksim-mrvica-victory.pdf, you possibly have downloaded maksim-mrvica-victory. So to make it work, rename the file to maksim-mrvica-victory.pdf.

Remember that not all uploaded files are in pdf form, some uploaded files are in .rar, .zip, .jpd, .png, etc., so take note of the .XXX that you have downloaded and just do the same.
