I've used Kerplunk with several singing times. What has worked well for our ward is to sing the chorus each time a stick has been pulled and no marbles fall. Then when marbles fall we sing a verse.
I answered the Stick Pulling in another email, so I'll explain the other three:
Kerplunk:
If I Listen With My Heart
Divide into two teams. Each team sends a rep up to pull a stick. If no marbles fall, one point is scored for his/her team. If one falls, sing one verse. If two, sing two verses. If 3 or more, sing all verses. No points scored when marbles fall. Can do singing by teams or as a whole. You decide which verses will be sung.
NOTE: Bought Kerplunk at Walmart for about $13. I used all the sticks the first time (in JR) and we pulled about 15 sticks before we finally had a marble fall. Young kids don't move as quickly, so it took alot of time for each team to send someone to pull a stick. So I'd recommend using only half the sticks if you want to start singing sooner rather than later. I did this in Sr. and it was much better.
Stand for the Right
Stacking Blocks:
Call on a child from each class to stack as many blocks as s/he can before the song ends.
NOTE: Bought wooden "baby blocks" at Walmart for $10. This worked well for this song because it's relatively short, and so the kids got about 15 blocks to stack. A couple of kids tried to hold the tower as they stacked, and that didn't work - it fell as soon as they let go. The one who stacked without holding got the tallest tower.
Fly Swat:
I Will Follow God's Plan
Two sets of about 15 words from the song on index cards. Put one set on a small table and another set on another small table. A child and a teacher (or two children) face each other, each with a fly swatter (dollar store has them). Sing the song until I cut them off. Swatters try to be the first to swat the word that comes next in the song.
NOTE: 15 words was originally suggested, but I thought it was too many, so I cut it down to 8. Because the younger kids in Primary either can't read or are slow readers, rather than just words, I used my flipchart to print four pictures (and the corresponding main word) on one sheet of cardstock, then cut them out. Two sheets was eight pictures/words, and printed twice. I used one table (the 2x3-ish sized one at the church), and had each stack randomly laid out on each end to face the player. In Jr., I used two teachers the first time so the kids could see how to play; it was hilarious. Then I chose two of the older kids. In Sr. I just used the kids. I let them play "2 out of 3" wins, so we sang (reviewed) alot!

I just want to thank whomever posted the ideas for the following review games, which we did with the songs noted below in parethesis; we did these last week and today, and the kids had a blast! (And my PP has been gushing about how wonderful "I" am--I credited y'all for all of it!) In two weeks it will be the Stick Pulling for PTTM, and I'm sure it will be equally fun.
Fly Swatters (I Will Follow God's Plan)
Stacking Blocks (Stand for the Right)
Kerplunk (If I Listen With My Heart)
Thank you for your fabulous ideas!
