0 [Band-in-a-Box] Re: REQ: Firehouse Dixieland Fakebook in bass clef

 

I do not think that the Firehouse book is available in bass clef but most of the official Real Books are available. The only problem is that there are not many Dixieland tunes in the Real Books. There is the new "The Real Dixieland Book" but it seems only to be available in 'C' at this stage. I suspect you will not have to wait long for a bass clef version:

A couple of years back I put up all my Band-in-a-Box Dixieland (Traditional Jazz) tunes on this website and they found their way into this group's archives. As you know, it is very easy to print these out in bass clef - if you have the patience and enough printer ink and paper. I suppose I could put them up again but I am concerned that we are starting to run out of room in Files, New Files and nobody is currently transferring files to the archives. If fact, there was talk that the archives would be closed.
