Not exactly a BIAB topic. But a while ago I downloaded a fabulous Firehouse Dixieland fakebook from a link on a topic here. Now I need to know whether the Firehouse fakebook is available with bass clef music.
Our little group of former professional hot jazz musicians just acquired a trombone guy who doesn't improvise melody or solos and needs notes to play lead parts. Another complication is that he can't read notes in the G clef or transpose from my Firehouse printouts. But on the positive side, his tone, technique, harmonizing, and Kid Ory slides are first class.
If the Firehouse fakebook is not available for bone, any bass cleff fakebook suggestions would be most appreciated. I tried teh Google unsuccessfully.
