Not automatically (I just tried it) -- BUT the chord shortcuts list can
be edited so that you can tell BIAB that every time you enter hd it will
change it into m7b5.

It's under the Opt. menu, Utilities, Edit Chord Shortcuts. Once you
change that file you need to save it under the same name and the click
the "Refresh Chord Shortcuts" option just beneath the Edit Chord
Shortcuts menu option in order for BIAB to read the edited file and use
the new shortcuts you added or changed.
