Depending on what else you want immediately after the quick double shot,
you can make a shot on one chord and then make a shot on the next chord
but "push" that second one so that it comes an 8th note earlier, making
it work like two 8th note shots on the same beat.
Of course if you want a full chord on the next beat you're out of luck
because BIAB only has slots for 4 chords per measure.
OR, you could use one of Bob Norton's "Expanded Styles" which are styles
which are created such that you use two of BIAB's measures to equal one
measure of your song, and you double the tempo but the style sounds
correctly because of Bob's great programming skills. That gives you
effectively 8 chord slots per measure of your song, and you can even use
pushes to rhythmically displace those, making for very versatile
