You pretty much have the things I look for covered. I use:
Expression (testimony)
Volume ( I always say sing strong... not loud. Loud gives them the idea to yell. They use the word loud in the school music classes as well so it carries over well.
Clearly - Enunciate the words using the consonants so people know what they are saying.
Know the words.
Smile and stand tall.

Hello!
What criteria do you use to determine whether a song is program ready?
Do you have any other tips to get ready for the program? I've been a chorister since March and this will be the first program I've been involved in.
I'm planning on having the teachers rate them, like others have suggested. So far, the criteria I've thought of are: standing tall, singing all of the words, sing loudly (though I don't think loudly is the right word), sing your testimony (how do I explain that?), and keep your hands by your sides.
