Last year towards the program we played Primary Idol, with the presidency being the judges.  I made score cards and gave them to each member of the presidency.  They gave great feedback for each song.  I even had them practice standing and sitting down on cue as part of being "program ready"

 

I told them we wanted to be Primary Super Stars.  When all the songs were "ready" according to the judges they all got a small package of starbursts.  We played idol for two weeks and they never tired of it.

What is a fun idea to chart song progress other than a pie chart?
