If you read through the archives, there are lots of ideas for singing songs in different "styles." The kids love this! Fast, slow, whisper, eyes closed, standing on one leg, in a western cowboy voice, and the list goes on. 

Another favorite is playing hot-and-cold where one child hides an object or picture that is meaningful to the theme of the month or to the song while another child stands just outside the room. The children sing quietly when the seeker is looking for the object and sing progressively louder as the seeker gets closer and closer to the hidden item.
