I did the opposite... I had lots of different colored circle stickers of different sizes and colors... some had patterns on them, some were solid colors, some with little happy faces on them...I brought my stethescope, a surgical mask, gloves, and borrowed my bosses white medical jacket... I told the kids that I heard there was a disease going around our ward... It was called "Sing-i-tis" and that kids seem normal until they start singing... The better they sing, the more spots they get... As the kids sang, I had the presidency help me watch and they would put the stickers on the kids faces as they sang. The kids sang the songs so awesome and showed they knew the words well. By the time singing time was done, they all had several stickers on their faces and were pretty proud to be wearing them out in the hallway and class. I got most of the stickers from the $$ store and scrap booking stores...
