When I do the bells, I take whatever song we choose, and write the words on a big poster board (someone on this list suggested that you use those huge classroom paper tablets which work great too) IN THE SAME COLOR AS THE BELL. The kids just follow along and ring it on their color. That way, I can do any song I want. Of course, you either need a big bell set with all the sharps and higher notes, or you'll need to change the song to the key of C on lds.org.
