How about having a bunch of different costumes of scripture characters? The kids have to guess who the character is (might have to give a few story clues), and then sing a song that could go with that character. Enos could have a bow & arrow and a song could be about prayer or repentance. You could have a piece of fabric to go over a girl's head and a baby doll for Mary and sing a Christmas song. I would think the ideas are endless.
I think last year I did a trick or treat thing where "tricks" were singing the song a different way (eyes closed, patting head and rubbing tummy, singing in reverse - 3rd, 2nd, and 1st verse instead of 1st, 2nd, and3rd, etc) and treats might have been favorite songs or something. I can't remember.
