A simple Dr. singing practice that we used last year is:
Put red sticker dots on one of the Primary presidency and have them sit up front.(different songs use a different Presidency member or teacher.) As you sing the song and it is really good they take off the dots. You try to cure them of the measles with your beautiful singing. Sing it again if you need too and until all the dots are off. The chorister can dress up as a doctor, or nurse. White coat and a stethoscope, and or a hat.
