This idea worked out pretty well. I forgot that little boys are wild men! Of course some tried to make the bar go up and down when it wasn't happening in the song, so it just stayed sort of in the middle with the kids fighting against it. Then I stood there to help them and it worked. It was good because it tricked the kids into singing the song over and over so that everyone could have a turn. If you try it, just hold on in the middle yourself, and then it will be fun!
