I use "Here We are Together" and I pick four kids whose names I will call out and as we sing and when they hear their names, they stand up. So, for example, we might sing "there's Jenny and Matthew and Lexie and Jeffrey" and as their names are called the kids in our primary stand up. They enjoy it.
