It should work for any bass RT that has a *green underline* under the (green) part name. The convention is that the underline signifies the RT is accompanied by sufficient midi data to activate notation windows. No underline for the RT, no notation (hence no animated fret board). For a midi part, the data are there by definition, and are used for notation as well as the underlying sequencing engine.
