You shouldn't have to consider backing up anything but the files you create
and modify, and if you keep them in specific folders you can more easily
transfer them between machines, while leaving the underlying massive amount
of BIAB source files intact.
I also make it a point to sort my BB folder by date so that I can easily
identify the setup and ini files that are modified at each launch/closing of
BIAB. I routinely back up these files to a separate backup folder. Having
these has saved me many hours of sweat if I mess up my overall
configuration.
