I can't believe some of the answers you got on this question.
There is a very simple way of doing what you want.
You will need to click on the "Jukebox " Button make sure random playback is not checked. Also goto the preference screen by selecting the "OPT" button make sure to have the "Pause until MIDI or Key Received" box is checked. This makes the songs wait until you press a key before starting.
Go to the main page you will see a letter "F" next to the "Song" button This stands for favorite song list. Click on this button. The first thing to do on this next page is to unchecked the box near the bottom that says "OK to Add Recent files" And check the play when chosen box .Now build your song list with the "Insert" or "Append" buttons. You can also move the songs with the "up and down" buttons as well to get the list ordered the way you want. Once you have your set list complete save it using the button that says "save set" You can save each set by what ever name you wish. For example I have a different list for each month saved under the month's name.
Now when you want a list just pick "load Set" button. There is a button name "Juke" when you select this button the first song will load and wait for you to press any key, before playing it. After this song is played, BIAB will load the next song on you list and again wait for you to press a key to start the next song.
