I’m a little slow chiming in on this, but I’ve been out of town for two weeks and finally get to use this idea. I figure it still works, because it’s still Independence Month, and because I want to show the kids how EXCITED I am to see them again (like I want to burst). Corny, but it will work for them…
I’ve been online and all over and can’t find directions for making the poppers with TP tubes and tissue paper so that they’re not just tubes with paper rubber banded at the ends to keep them shut. Is there an easy way to make them poppers?
Thanks!
Kristen
