I just did this a couple of weeks ago. I called up 3 or 4 kids at a time and had them play a "Minute to Win it"-type game (load a toothpick in their mouth with Cheerios, throw a roll of toilet paper through their legs football-style to a partner, hit a balloon and keep it off the floor, blow a feather and keep it off the floor, etc.) I just went to the minute-to-win-it website for ideas and modified them for Primary kids using items I found around the house. Whoever won the challenge got to pick a flower off the board. I inherited a visual of the Salt Lake Temple with flowers and bees that you tape on and then can write various songs on them. All the kids got to participate and had a blast. I was surprised how difficult it was for them "hike" a roll of toilet paper.
