TTS-1 is not a VST plugin. It is a DXi plugin - which is peculiar to
Windows and is part of the DirectX subsystem.

DXi plugins must be identified to DirectX using the regsvr32 command.
This will install the plugin.
I recommend placing DXi modules (i.e. TTS-1.dll ) in a folder named DXi
so you can find it again.

as an example, to install TTS-1 go to the RUN box and type the command ...
regsvr32 C:\Music\DXi\TTS-1\ TTS-1.dll

In the above example, this would install the file located in the
Music\DXi\TTS-1 folder.
A message will be returned indicating that the command succeeded.

The next time you run BIAB, you will now see the Roland TTS-1 plugin in
the list of DXi modules available to BIAB. Under OPT>Midi/Audio Driver
settings use the VST/DXi button to select the TTS-1 module.
