I actually did this..minus the hats because I didn't have any...we had 3 guest judges, and I gave them 3 stars. After the kids stood up and did their very best singing, they sat, the judges talked amongst themselves, and then they gave them 1 star(are you sure you really learned that?) 2 (pretty good but a few things to be worked on) or 3 (program ready!!). The kids were AWESOME, and totally did their best and were so excited to see what the judges said. I even had a teacher say, you know the games are great, but I've never seen the kids so into it! So, a very successful idea, thank you!

We call it "primary's got talent" to leave the idol part out...I made a chart and have 3 judges wear funny hats-they get 1-3 stars to rate them-we do this monthly& try to beat our old score- so fun!
