We just have the pianist play the music for the next song as the class that is finished their parts take their seats. Then she plays an intro while I stand and put up 3 fingers.... 1 means eyes on me, 2 means sit forward on their seat so they are ready to stand, 3 feet flat on the floor. By the time they do that and the intro is playing they have had plenty of time to figure out the song. Also we have at least 3 practices so they pretty much know from that as well.
