So far the fastest way I found to "upgrade" a MIDI-instrument only song to RealTracks is to load the song, then apply an RT STYLE to it. Use the Style Picker to find a "close fit". That will give you RT for all the accompaniment. You can't change a melody in to RT because they are all "pieces of measures" rather than individual notes. If you apply RT to Melody it just generates a solo. To "upgrade" the quality of the melody, you will have to look at other MIDI instruments, VST plug-ins, etc.
