Yes and no. :-)
Yes: There is a utility to convert BiaB styles to Yamaha PSR styles
(both having extension STY). However, I couldn't find it on the
website of its (presumed) maker:
<http://www.jososoft.dk/yamaha/index.htm>.
The URL may be found in the archive of
<http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/yamaha-psr-styles/>.
I understand that newer Tyros models can handle styles that are more
sophisticated than PSR.
No: The concepts of BiaB and PSR styles differ, so the conversion (if
perfect in itself) would be lossy.
The randomness of selection patterns is only available with BiaB.
PSR styles can have four substyles. This used to be an advantage over
BiaB.
PSR styles are MIDI only, no RealTracks.
