I agree. Especially when..... what is the theme for this year?  The Scriptures.  I would be curious to know the reasoning behind the leaders decision to not allow it.

I am the music leader in a Draper, Utah ward, and we will be raising our scriptures in the Sacrament meeting Primary Program. I think it is terrible to take the fun out of primary for the kids. There is nothing disrespectful or irreverant with holding scriptures in the air.
