When I taught this song I told the children how my daughter was on a mission in a remote part of Bolivia and the only way into town was by traveling up the river or coming in a small plane. She arrived by plane. She could only take a few of her things with her leaving the rest at the mission home until her time there was done. When she got there she found that they had no cars. Everybody walked or road on motorcycles. even the "taxis" were motorcycles. I had a picture of her sitting behind the driver on a motorcycle (sidesaddle). So I taught them the words and we pretended like we were riding motorcycles as we sang it. Then I asked them how else they might travel while they were serving on a mission and we sang the song while flying in airplanes, riding bicycles, driving cars, riding horses and of course walking. My kids really enjoyed learning the song and singing it.
